Fair Play Is Mandatory

01 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WinMatch platform, including the website at winmatch.top, the WinMatch mobile application, and all games and services offered through them. By registering an account or using any part of the WinMatch platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

WinMatch reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of WinMatch after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should stop using WinMatch immediately.

02 Eligibility

To register and use WinMatch, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age. WinMatch does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
  • You must be accessing WinMatch from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to check the laws applicable in your location before registering.
  • You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from WinMatch for any reason.
  • You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

WinMatch reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, WinMatch may suspend or permanently close your account and withhold any pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

Under 18? WinMatch takes underage gambling seriously. If we have reason to believe an account is held by a minor, it will be closed immediately and all funds returned to the payment source.
03 Your Account

Each player may hold only one WinMatch account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. WinMatch uses automated systems and manual review to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are found, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. WinMatch uses this information to verify your identity and process payments. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

You are responsible for keeping your WinMatch login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication details — secure and confidential. Do not share your account access with anyone. WinMatch will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

  • If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact WinMatch support immediately.
  • WinMatch support will never ask for your password. Do not share it with anyone claiming to be from WinMatch.
  • You may close your WinMatch account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method.

WinMatch reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, including where there is suspected fraud, abuse of promotions, or a breach of these Terms. Where an account is closed by WinMatch for a breach, any bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money deposits will be returned subject to verification.

04 Deposits & Payments

WinMatch accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the payment methods most commonly used by players in Bangladesh. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method.

Deposits are credited to your WinMatch account in real time in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact WinMatch support with your transaction reference number and the support team will investigate promptly.

  • You may only deposit funds from a payment account that belongs to you. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
  • WinMatch does not charge a fee for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
  • Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support as quickly as possible if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.
  • WinMatch reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if it is associated with fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

05 Withdrawals

WinMatch processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. Withdrawals are processed to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket accounts registered in your name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Most WinMatch withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes of approval. In some cases, particularly for larger amounts or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours. WinMatch will notify you if your withdrawal requires additional review.

  • Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account at the time of request.
  • WinMatch does not charge a withdrawal fee, but your payment provider may apply charges on their end.
  • Before your first withdrawal, WinMatch may request identity verification documents. This is a standard security requirement and is not specific to any individual player.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
  • WinMatch reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where fraud or a breach of these Terms is suspected.

If your withdrawal request is declined, WinMatch support will contact you with the reason and any steps required to resolve the issue. WinMatch aims to handle all withdrawal queries within one business day.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

WinMatch offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out here. By claiming any WinMatch bonus, you agree to these terms.

Welcome Bonus: New WinMatch players are eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount. This means if you receive ৳1,000 in bonus funds, you must wager ৳30,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

  • Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are separate from your real-money balance.
  • Real-money funds are used before bonus funds in all game play.
  • Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted bonuses expire after this period.
  • Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute less. Contribution rates are displayed in the individual bonus terms.
  • WinMatch reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
  • Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

07 Game Play Rules

All games available on WinMatch — including Go Goal Bingo, WL Live, Cocktail Nights, Golden Land, Judo, Mine, and Roulette — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game. These game-specific rules form part of these Terms and should be read before play begins.

WinMatch uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all applicable games. Game outcomes are determined by the RNG and are not influenced by WinMatch, previous results, or any external factor. All games are independently audited for fairness on a regular basis.

  • Bets placed and accepted are final. WinMatch will not reverse a bet once it has been confirmed, except in cases of a verified technical error.
  • In the event of a technical fault during a game round, WinMatch reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players.
  • WinMatch is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules. It is your responsibility to understand how a game works before placing real-money bets.

WinMatch reserves the right to suspend or remove any game from the platform at any time. Where a game is removed while a player has an active session, WinMatch will return any unsettled stakes to the player's account balance.

08 Fair Play Policy

WinMatch is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to play games or place bets on your behalf.
  • Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a bug are not valid and will be reversed.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer games.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with any WinMatch game or platform software.
  • Using VPNs or other tools to disguise your location or circumvent platform restrictions.
  • Any form of money laundering or using WinMatch for any illegal financial activity.

WinMatch monitors all accounts and game activity for signs of unfair play. Where suspicious activity is detected, WinMatch may freeze an account pending investigation. Players found to have breached the fair play policy will have their accounts permanently closed and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

09 Responsible Gaming
